Or if you were working for them when this arrest/conviction occurred, and they have policies requiring you to disclose arrests/convictions during your employment, then they may want to fir you for failure to disclose. Aside from wanting to fire you just because they know you drove drunk, they may want fire you for dishonesty, if, for example you lied about this during the hiring process or on any prior background report form. I will be incredibly honest when filling out the form, of course. I didn’t want to ask at risk of exposing myself. My current employer hasn’t known about my conviction.
